KNOWLEDGE HUB

When victims of international crimes decide to initiate litigation, it is important to analyse the impact and effects of such legal action, both from a procedural standpoint, and in terms of the law as an agent of societal change. It is therefore crucial to have a repository of the developing law of reparations that is accessible to scholars, experts, students and the general public.

The Nuhanovic Foundation therefore maintains a comprehensive thematic database on war reparations that includes legal instruments, cases, reports, and scholarship. Our database is a dynamic, open access tool that represents and contributes to the developing law of reparations through a collection of reparation cases, reports on reparation cases, and more.

Join Our Network

The Nuhanovic Foundation has established legal networks, like the Yazidi Legal Network, to bring together legal experts, academics, and advocates to provide legal assistance, support, and advocacy to victims of international crimes. We seek to collaborate with partner organisations to provide litigation support to victims, share knowledge and resources, and to advocate for policy and legal reforms that strengthen the rights of victims of war crimes.

Get Involved

We are always looking for individuals who share our mission and want to support us in our mission to seek justice and accountability for victims of international law violations. If you are a legal expert, lawyer or researcher looking to collaborate with us, or a student looking to work with us, we would love to hear from you.

Showing You the Way

Preaching to the Unsaved, teaching to Serve

God is not interested in the physical attitude of prayer. It doesn’t make any difference in what horizontal, vertical, or oblong direction your carcass happens to be; if your soul is not down before God, you are not praying. The style of God venerated in the church.

Mosque, or synagogue seems completely different from the style of the natural universe.
